IAA MEMBER WELFARE

A stronger alumni community starts with understanding and supporting one another.

The IAA Welfare Centre helps the Association understand members' needs, respond responsibly to confidential welfare cases, and connect alumni who are willing to contribute skills, advice, referrals and resources.

Your welfare responses are private. They are not published on the website.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Welfare information should be handled with discretion.

Private by default: submissions are stored outside the public pages and are never displayed in a member directory.

Restricted access: individual assistance requests are available only through the authorized admin area.

Data minimisation: confidential assistance emails carry a reference notification rather than the full welfare narrative.
